Do you offer customization of labels for birthdays, baby showers, & bridal shower party favors? We can customize most labels upon request for an additional fee. Please call customer service to discuss.
What is your Privacy Policy? If you supply us with your address online you may receive periodic mailings letting you know about new products and services. We may e-mail you coupons or discount offers in the future. We will NEVER share your e-mail or mailing address with other companies. We will not sell, rent, or give away any customers' e-mail or mailing address to other businesses. When placing an order with letsplaydress-up.com, we request your e-mail address so we can send you important information regarding your order (order confirmation, order processing, and tracking number). If you do not want to receive promotional mailings, contact us and we will remove your from our mailing list.
What form of payment do you accept? We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover & Paypal. How can I be sure my credit card information entered on your site is secure? We do not collect any credit card information on our site. All payment information is collected on the secure site of our merchant payment processor, First Data Corporation for Let's Play Dress-Up, Inc. Why does my credit card statement show the Merchant as Let's Play Dress-Up rather than SweetbodySoaps or SweetBodySoaps.com? All credit card payments for Sweetbody Soaps are processed through the merchant account for Let's Play Dress-Up, Inc.
How soon will my order ship? We process all retail orders within 24-48 hours. If you have a custom order for party favors allow 48-72 hours for customization prior to shipping. Please plan accordingly. What shipping methods do you use and how long will it take for my order to arrive? We ship using UPS Ground and charge actual UPS shipping fees. We also ship small retail orders via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes. We can ship up to 20 soap bars using a USPS Medium Flat Rate Box for $10.95. Allow 5-7 business days for most orders to arrive. Do you offer customization of labels for birthdays, weddings, baby showers, & bridal shower party favors? We've spent years in the party industry and understand your desire to find the perfect themed party favor for your event. We can customize any of our products with your event information. For example, Elliot's Gourmet Soap Pop Treats labels may be customized with your child's name, birthday, and/or party theme. We can also customize the Bath Cuppies gift tags for bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, and weddings. Additional fees apply.
